Climb aboard the Hawk Ridge Hayride through Valley Farms. A fifteen minute ride through beautiful scenery including a trip through Indian Camp Creek. You can count on spotting a couple of red tail hawks, native to Missouri. If you ask the driver, and sometimes even if you don’t ask, he will entertain you with tales passed down from previous generations.

The legend goes something like this... the notorious Jesse James was running from the law, and decided to hide out along Indian Camp Creek. Before he was run out of town, Jesse hid an unknown amount of gold bars in the bluffs just upstream from Valley Farms. He died before he could come back to claim it. Many have searched for the lost gold, but have never found it. Some say it never existed… but some say that during the blasting to construct the dam for Incline Lake, the bars were blown apart and the remains are located along the bottom of Indian Camp Creek waiting to be claimed. So, see ya at “gold diggers” trading post!

This one-of-a-kind barrel train was constructed in Florida by www.fishpuzzles.com and delivered to Valley Farms in the Summer of 2005. Each train car is unique and promises barrels of fun. The only hard part is picking which train car to ride. Climb aboard! Your conductor is waiting. The artwork was done by David Jordan in St. Cloud, Florida.
